Istria in the off-season – a villa for spring and autumn

When the coast quietens down, Istria is at its loveliest: green valleys in spring, grape harvest in autumn, empty village lanes. Our season starts on 27 March and ends in late October.

Flexible stays

Outside the peak season (10 July to 4 September) the minimum stay is 4 nights, arriving and leaving on any day. Stays of 7 nights or more get up to 18% off in spring and autumn, 14 nights or more up to 22% – and booking direct takes another 10% off compared with booking platforms.

Staying warm

The sauna, the 36 °C hot tub and the fireplace in the living room make fresh evenings cosy, and the air conditioning heats the whole house. Please note: the pool is not heated.

What to enjoy now

Dvigrad, Motovun and the oysters of the Lim Bay without the crowds. Rovinj is about 30 minutes away.
