Single-storey villa in Istria – without a single step

There are no stairs anywhere in the house: living room, kitchen, four en-suite bedrooms, terrace and pool are all on one level. The days simply flow between house and garden.

Easy for every generation

Grandparents, families with small children or anyone who would rather skip stairs: from bedroom to pool it is all level. The private drive and four parking spaces are right by the house.

House and garden

300 m² of living space, a 2,600 m² garden and a 180° view over the valley. High ceilings, concrete, oak, rattan and linen, and a fireplace for cooler evenings.

With a wheelchair

There are no steps and no obstacles for wheelchairs in the house or on the way to the pool. One bathroom has a widened door. There are no other aids such as grab bars – please write to us beforehand if you have particular needs.
